Step 1: Submit Your Item

Complete our Consign With Us form with clear photos and any known history or documentation.

Step 2: Expert Review

Our team evaluates your item and provides a preliminary auction estimate based on current market data and comparable sales.

Step 3: Agreement & Strategy

If accepted, we send a formal consignment agreement outlining:

  • Commission structure

  • Reserve (if applicable)

  • Auction timeline

Step 4: Photography & Listing

Once received, your item is:

  • Professionally photographed

  • Cataloged with detailed description

  • Strategically placed in an upcoming auction

Step 5: Auction & Payment

After the auction closes and buyer funds fully clear, consignor payment is issued within the timeframe stated in your agreement.
